HOW TO:| Viewing Existing Tickets on The Help Desk  

Objective: The purpose of this document is to provide instructions on how to view existing tickets on

Before you begin, please note these steps are for viewing existing tickets on and you will need an existing ticket as well as a confirmation email to view an existing ticket. To view existing tickets, follow the steps below.





  1.   Go to your email and find the email from the Sandtech help desk. You will receive an email with the ticket number, if not check your junk folder. If you still haven’t found anything email  
  2. The subject of the email should be the subject of your existing ticket as well as the ticket tracking ID number
  3.   Once the email of the support ticket that you want to view has been found, go to
  4. On click “View existing ticket”
  5.   On the next page, type in your ticket tracking ID number in the space provided (do not put the “#” symbol)
  6.   Finally put your email that you used when filling out your help ticket (It is the same email that received the email from” )
  7. If done successfully, your existing ticket will be brought up. For any questions email
